Huh? It's a foreign website for them. Who are you yelling at? I'm telling you do not expect them to join LET (or) verify users by reading the topic.

I don't even work at the DC. Go yell at something else, jesus christ. LET crowd expectations FTW. I personally always translate back and forth in RT in tickets where I worked, I was trying to give you their POV. But even explaining such = bitch fest.

  • Anyone already got the dedicated server? Submitted a ticket but 5 hrs past seems no one is there to answer the ticket.

Just invested 5min to google the company.
They've got many bad reviews for slow / no service and support. Beside that the network has been reported to be 'slow'.

Anyway, lets see what the future will bring.
Guess the price is worth the risk. ;)

Benchmark wise for the AMD expect 2200 & 8000 the 6 core is more like a 3 core (module crap)

  • Got a request for ID. Sent it. No vasectomy yet from Polish g-men.

Almost like it's... normal standard operating procedure for verifying new orders. With the exchange rate + VAT, it came to $17 USD for a server monthly.

I'll roll the dice network wise, I'll be good as long as there's no "dust in the switch" :)

  • i have translated their TOS for Dedicated Servers, and the setup of a dedicated server is expected in maximum 7 days. I have purchased yesterday, should we see if they need 7 days to setup a dedicated server, or less.

Bit of a hostile greeting lol. Their first non automated statement to me.

I got the same, I asked for a refund as it's shocking customer service.

  • I've placed two orders but decided to only keep one.

Got my refund within 5min after requesting.
(opened Support Ticket at Sales-dpt with 'high')

Provided a watermarked ID at the other order and curious how long it will take. Right now I cant complain.

    Cheers

Not really too sure why you're all upset over an ID request, I think that is pretty normal. OVH etc require the same thing, and they're a much more known company.

  • entrailz said: I think that is pretty normal

    no it isnt..

and to be honest it's unsafe to send such info

I'm with OVH for a pretty long time and they didn't request an ID from me, they offered Verification by Letter back when I signed up. Wouldn't ever send my ID by mail to a hosting company, and that's even illegal in my country.

Hoever, when it's a decent provider, they should be able to verify you within 24 hours.

  • It's 19.03 in Poland, so I guess we'll have to wait another night

    Got exactly the same message.
Guess its not automated but still copy & paste.

    Odd company.

Good Copy and Paste from Quadranet

This language makes me feel not so good about it:

when we will receive abuses we block server after one abuse

I don't like that statement because abuse complaints come in so many forms. However, I suppose it's vital to initially trust that they know legit abuse from the junk, else why give them any money right...

Did you ask for a refund like myself?

  • Still didn't get a single response from them, what a horrible support!

I already have my refund... How one know when the number of packets will be to huge (over 100k per 50Mb/s)...??? Stupid question... I am paying for my server definitely going to use at full capacity...

    @tr1cky

Since when do they offer such small vpses?

Edit:Ah, that's their standard one, though they start at 1gb RAM

  • Screw them . Hetzner/ovh /online all the way.
    Being cheap is shitty

  • Just ordered an amd dedi. Even with bad network, I'll find some use for it. How long does it take them to deliver the server?

    http://cpuboss.com/cpus/Intel-Core-i3-4150-vs-AMD-FX-6350

2 i3 Cores vs 6 AMD Cores... Intel wins.

Edit: Does someone know how they handle torrents? I read something about P2P in their ToS but either the Google Translate translation is just stupid ("Your service provider may limit the availability of the service recipient in the case - finding use services for transferring files via
protocols for direct file sharing (P2P).") or there is no exact statement about torrents.

    Edit 2: Not that bad:
