    People are always going to see what they want to see. If I don't trash talk my friends or employer every time someone here has a beef, then I'm automatically not capable of being impartial. That's the LET standard. At no point have I ever suggested that something that I felt someone did wrong was right because they were a friend, provider, or employer.

    I've frequently called out friends, providers, and my past employers when I've seen unfair practices or poor customer support. You just didn't care to read those, I guess. People see what they want to see. I more commonly reply to threads that interest me too, so that obviously lends to your view but doesn't make it right.

    Now I will note that if I see an injustice from a present employer, I will not go after them in public. That should be expected. That isn't being partial, that is being intelligent. I have a daughter to feed and clothe. But that hasn't been an issue with my current employer.

    The only way you will know for sure he was lying (assuming he even was) is if he up and admits it. Where do you see even a remote possibility of that?

    If it turns out that when a customer writes a bad review about a provider and that provider then goes public claiming the customer commited crimes (->libel/slander) and is being investigated by the police only an utter and complete moron would ever touch that provider again.

    Second - Yes, customer should be respected, even some times he is not respecting you. There is no question of cultural differences. There is only one culture in business. Customer - Company.
    Third - Stop spreading bullshit. You are making fool of yourself. Oh... You did that already!

    Matteo was asked for proof he cannot deliver, it would be like asking tr1cky to prove he did not ddos seflow.
    I agree matteo handled this very unprofessionally and said it all even before the attacks started, but nothing justifies those, not even a crime, you do not answer a crime with another, even if less horrific.

    I am not sure what he understood by that, his communication skills are shaky at best might have thought also he can deliver proof but was stopped by police later thing is this is not something you can prove without getting into trouble. However I believe Tr1cky did provide abundant proof himself, at this point there is no need for matteo to prove anything to me, but you can continue to ask for it, it is your right.

    Tr1cky doesn't have to proove anything, the burden of proof lies on the alleger. Its "I have proof that you did x" not "I claim that you did x, proove that you didn't do it".

    The flaw in this thinking is that neither of the two people you are referring to are making these accusations, rather a government entity is doing the accusations.
