Interesting. If the image is fake, the OP took the time to take note that Randy uses client exec.
One is a sales email & the other is support.

its pretty obvious that i dont sell any linux vps
as you can see the URL is/clientexec and the way the email shows is based on WHMCS style.
CE dosent have the status "Answered" their email templetes

@serverbear My ticket was requested in the Technical Support category. The email just happened to be received from the sales address.

that is the issue with CE, it goes by the deafault email address.
Randy when did you migrate over to client exec? There's a knowlegebase article about the new billing system, but it's dated incorrectly (2007).
