That'll be great then, I have very bad latency as well as packet loss while using CC network no matter in which location.

Have you tried opening a ticket? My best guess is that I shot myself in the foot by trying to be considerate and waiting to avoid adding to the load for their tech support. I should have opened a ticket right away.

Past few days live chat on the site rarely has anyone on it, different story a couple of weeks ago. Also support tickets are down to 1 reply every 24 hours making thing's very hard.
