Maybe he trusts HVH's nameservers over hosting his own?
Maybe I just did it to put gbh.com back online? Holy cow.
Yes that is one explanation however he already has his own nameservers and for someone so determined that he has nothing to do with cc/hvh and the history he has this would be literally the last place you would chose.
Ever heard of irony? I wouldn't buy hosting from you even if you were the only hosting provider in the world.
I guess if I switch to godaddy name servers they own me too
No, it's just pretty skeptical that you claim to have nothing to do with CC/HVH and suddenly choose to park the domain with them. There are plenty of free name servers to pick from, what inspired you to choose HVH?
Weak. Very weak.
Why would you make a fool of yourself like that? that is OBVIOUSLY not the point, why use HVH when you have your own nameservers and also yourself use CF, both of which would be quicker and more efficient?
Luckily I already canceled the service , and my domain name never was online
Honestly I didn't switch them to that Duke did because that was the name servers with the DNS records for gvh.com it will be moved back to cloudflare after I move the web site to a new server. Worrying about name servers isn't my top priority right now.
Is finding excuses for your shady past one of them?
Which one is it?
Both, Before i had control over the gvh.com domain duke had it at cloudflare not pointing to a website. Duke said i can switch it back to hvh to put the site back online do you want me to do that? and i said yes duke please do that and put the website back online.
Joint effort?
You lost the privilege to use that word a long time ago.
Sorry, but tdale works for CVPS.
He is a pawn that is fueled by CVPS/CC and is doing a public relation compassion play. The data has already been siphoned to CVPS/CC secretly and whatever is said now is just a false promise and a PR stunt so future potential clients know they 'care'.
You can check his recent postings too. He stopped making discussions in October of 2014. Then, all of a sudden recently started to advertise Hostress in May.
They're all playing us to accrue as much clients as possible. This just a evil, but very smart tactic by CC/CVPS to obtain a bigger customer pool.
They are the Kevin O' Leary of the WebHosting Industry.
Can anyone confirm that GVH used the HVH domain servers before Duke took over?
They did not no.
History ^ prior to the latest change to HVH.
So @tdale just lied to us
The more I read the more I trust this guy /sarcasm
I smell something... I think someones pants are on fire.
I've said this again and again every time Jon had "stepped back" and someone "new" came in.. How about you record a video introducing yourself to the community showing that you are someone actually new and someone actually trustworthy
@tdale Honestly, you're so full of shit. You keep trying to lie and get caught in the process, have you ever thought of just telling the truth for once?
@Pwner this is sounding like someone we know I wonder who hmm.....
All those involved should be banned, its crazy how they throw user data around like a door knob.
I'm no Statistics major, but I still believe that GVH's customer database information has been viewed more than your average porn video.
@tdale - hmm....
Duke said: "I came to an agreement with Thomas to take the clients after he consulted with Biloh and Ernie about it."
Duke said: "I believe Thomas has the full backing of ColoCrossing and HVH at this point and he's actually further along with them than I would have ever been I guess"
Really the best place that the GVH clients could have gone is to a reputable host with no traces near any fishy companies before. At least then they stand half a chance of still being here in a months time before we have 5 other take overs, transfers, company's dissolving and so on and so forth...
IMHO the best thing that could have happened would have been for GVH to crash completly - servers down and wiped, company bancrupt and dissolved and client data deleted
CC is taking over the world, folks.
Indeed, however those companies would have had the sense to say no right at the outset based on the history.
