    While obtaining the GVH logo from their site for a small photo edit that will shortly be uploaded, I encountered a CloudFlare redirection page. It appears that someone is attacking them again.

  • I've been in the industry for years and have been a client of GVH during which Rallias worked for GVH. I remember him helping me in one of my tickets. Like many of you here, I have been following GVH for quite a while and have gathered a handful of knowledge about the company. I have reached out to Jon to join the team because I want to help the company grow and improve.

    And really another employee? I seriously doubt that. ..I've been in this industry for over 10 years and I can say for a fact you guys are not big enough to have this many "paid" staff. On a completely low side of a part-time Level 3 admin, were talking around 35k/year. I can bet my entire company that Jon makes nowhere near the 100K minimum needed to pay servers, advertising, and 3 "employees"... though you guys seem to have a million of them.

    I know for a fact that our company makes far more than $100k/year and can pay off all those expenses. My personal salary is $1000/month, and although I don't know how much anyone else's salaries are, I'm sure you could imagine Jon's salary being fairly high for his age.

    So if you want to bet your company, again, that can be arranged. What's a good number to call you at and when/where is a good time to meet to discuss the takeover?

  • I handle abuse complaints that come in and terminate abusive customers. I.e: DMCA complaints, kiddie porn, outbound ddos, phishing, SPAMMING, etc

    Its time consuming because as a budget host we deal with a lot of abuse.

  • Abusers don't get refunds and looking at our statistics we terminate about $2000 worth of plans from abusers every month so my job pays for itself.

    Do you even know what abuse means or any of the GVH staff? a customer comes on lowendtalk because you jon and staff are incompetent of doing anything right, and you mark them as abusers how is saying your company is really really bad at everything a mark that a user is abuser? the company is abusing its customers and telling lies not to mention Jon's multiple personality disorder I have nothing against mental illness I suffer from one, but when the disorder starts affecting your business thats when you need to go on meds.

    You guys (or should I just say Jon since I doubt more then 2 people work for GVH) really should close down and get out of vps forums, you always act like victims but you are the abusers.

    And tell yourself jon not to tell me again that LET attacked me once, I know they did and they had good reason, I get mad and I say stupid stuff but I know when I am wrong and most of all, I learn from it which GVH never seems to do.

    100k/year = about 8k/month...

    and he has to terminate 2k worth of plans due to abusers and paying someone 1k to do the termination...per month

    And he has to make more than you, and has to pay L3 teches for 20 bucks an hour...

    The math make pretty good sense....

    Everything you said here is total BS! I've owned more businesses then my fingers can count and I can say all this with facts. The simple fact you "say" you have only been with this company for a week is absurd. I posted that hoping you would respond the way you did.

    There is no possibility of you being able to know the entire finances of a company. More importantly you were "hired" as an "Abuse NOC Manager". I can tell you for sure no boss in his right mind would give you full financial records in a week, let alone someone he hired strictly for Abuse NOC management. Do you see where i'm going with this? No business owner would hire an employee, then say "oh by the way Jacob here is a complete breakdown of our entire business top-to-bottom. All bills, invoices, cancellations, tax records, debts, AND all employee salaries blah blah blah". The position name in itself is ludicrous! Its not like you have other individuals working below you that you coordinate in your "NOC". Your a tech who works in the Abuse department...but to each their own I guess.

    I usually stay far from drama, but I'm just tired of all the damn posts about your company. Good, bad, positive, negative, neutral. Everybody literally hates your company pretty much! Don't you think it would be smart to just shut up and not post. Kill US with silence and just work on your damn company.
    STOP POSTING HERE! START HAVING ALL YOUR EMPLOYEES WORK ON THE COMPANY! AND
    START REVIEWING YOUR CUSTOMERS SO YOU DON'T HAVE TO CANCEL $XXXX ABUSERS A MONTH. Learn that and your company will be golden here and every else. Work on your reputation by not defending yourself but just fixing your service.

    I've said it before... Why doesnt GVH present us a video from each "employee" introducing themselves, and proving that each person is a real human.... and not some picture from a royalty-free photo site.

    gotta agree on this. i worked as an account but pretty much first 2 years i can only touch invoice/bill stuff, after "a while" I could get more "insider" stuff. ONE WEEK, no way! or maybe ghv "boss" is dumb in my book.
