Should be fine if OpenVPN doesn't need more RAM than MySQL...

Hello,
I just got my 32mb vps last night, it work great, the speed is good, the performance is excellent, its a worth paying 6$ , but can any one write me step by step tutorial for setting up vpn server for windows ? I tried to install pptpd and configured it correctly but cant connect to it, thanks
