It's not... I'm just lazy and don't really enable things until people request them :P
@Raymii said: do you get any profit from this? (In money, not in happy LETters?)
Yes. Not hookers-and-Lexuses profits, but all packages are sold for profit.
@peppr said: most probably it is the kernel of the openvz node. i hear that it takes some extra work on the server side
Send us a ticket about the problem you're having. We have quite a few other clients using openvpn, so we'll try to work with you on any unusual configs.
@Shamli said: interestingly,my ip is a Chinese ip.
I have a support ticket in with Atjeu about this.
@lbft said: but the trade-off is that it'll install a bunch that you don't need, taking up more the disk space.
Could try installing locales-all, then installing localepurge and removing ones you don't need. Not sure how well that would work though, but it's an idea.
Considering how low-impact these containers are (except when people run UnixBench.... Havent really figured out the point of that, but I digress.....) we can move anyone to a different node.
Open a support ticket and we'll get you moves over. Please note that im airtravelling today, so there may be a bit of a delay, unless Adam or Will do it.
why do you even make a business that can give profit for hookers?! haha j/k
@jcaleb said: @Damian said: The 20gb/month was mostly because we were uncertain how popular this plan would be. We'll most likely end up bumping it up to 50gb/month later.
I've finished travelling and am in my hotel room, so now i'm working through the log of requests.
In other news: apparently the US state of West Virginia allows smoking in restaurants. In 2012. I wonder if women club men over the head for their dating rituals, too.

is this the cheapest leb ever? not counting free ones.
Switching to burst didn't fix the locales issue, still getting the same error

That's too fancy for us
Thanks! That I/O speed is getting detrimental. I'm looking into it.
It might be! But you don't get very much...
what about great support?
Out of curiosity, is there one node available for this offer or clients with two or more packages from this offer can have VPSs on separate nodes?
good point.
my 2 vps are on same nore sapphire. can i submit ticket to separate?
mine on sapphire too.. is sapphire the 50c node?
I have 192mb one, and it's on Sapphire too.
While the home page and sample page render fine, the post page is only rendering half.

May be you should use a caching plugin..?

oh please, 20 gb is too little 4 backups
any binaries?
+0xFF
Got one for me. Runs with 5MB RAM and 24MB cache with debian 6 32bit.
When I no longer have a headache, ill quickly compile a version of MineServer with 50% of it stripped out.
Who needs chat?
aaahahahaha indeed... you can try to use Teamsapeak or ... I dont know the other names =P
Only if you are always transferring full backups
I have ~18GB of website data on a backup server and this month's transfer so far is 1.3GB. Rsync....
I use rsync, but talked soon. Will check transfer every day =P

that's weird =/
I was implying that we be anti-social
The time on sapphire is 13 seconds slow.

If it gets too far off it breaks the tsig keys for nsd and I can't update zones.

my box got transferred. thanks @Damian !
@huluwa: That's in process of being fixed.
@efball: I'll get ntpd going on that node. I'm willing to make that for a 13 second delay; we had one customer who demanded!!!! millisecond accuracy.
@jcaleb: Excellent!
Just a blank page to me....source show only until 'meta name'
I broke it.
Is it allowed to run a small private IRC server on it, for example, too?
EDIT: already found your TOS. Allowed, but port 6667 is blocked.
Yeah, so a server probably won't work very well, unless you can train your users to use a port other than 6667.
"train your users". Haha, good one Damian!
Aside from blite, what php scripts can we install? mybb? what else?
this is nice, only takes 6mb to run blite
