[IPXCORE] 32mb OpenVZ VPS for 50 cents per month!
....paid as $1.50 per quarter!
Adam and I have been doing Internet services since 2003 as Digital Design Core. We moved into the VPS market in May of 2011 as IPXcore. We started this because we were on a BurstNET node that kept getting oversold, and we were unable to get any form of support. We decided that we could do better.
All of our nodes are located at Atjeu Publishing in Phoenix, AZ, and transited through a mix of Cox and Integra/ELI. Many of our Asian and European customers tell us they get great connectivity on this mix.
We're running OpenVZ virtualization on our very own Dell and HP Opteron-powered hardware.
All nodes are on 100 megabit. We're no longer running with the 20-megabit-per-connection restriction. If you've tried us in the past and found that our network was slow, try us again.

For realz yo?
4 sure, dawg.
Questions: Are TUN/TAP enabled? Are 32MB enough for (private) VPN?
I believe this offer mainly for VPNs
Why not?:p Purchased!
On a minimal install sure, I have a 32MB with secure dragon using about 19MB.
I look forward to cramming a web server onto this.
TUN (and PPP too) can be enabled yourself in Solus. The point of this is for a VPN, but i'm sure you could use it for other things (web server, radio relay, game server relay, etc).
Very nice offer @Damian
I'm going to screw around with some things, maybe minimalise the usage.. 8.69mb idle at the moment.
Thanks, VPN is what I need.
The only problem with running a VPN on here is the low bandwidth. (Some of us like to stream stuff over a VPN)
Everyone: These are instant-setup. I missed a setup value in WHMCS that sends you the 'welcome' email with your server information. If you've ordered in the past 30 minutes and haven't received your server information, please ding me on live chat. From this point on, all new signups should receive their server information.
I guess the bottleneck with this will be the 20gb/month transfer
And 20GB maybe just more than enough for me to use the VPN
Mainly, I use less than 3gb/month for browsing the internet
The 20gb/month was mostly because we were uncertain how popular this plan would be. We'll most likely end up bumping it up to 50gb/month later.
Aside from VPN, what can one do with a 32MB VPS? Is Debian 6 able to update itself? What's needed to serve simple pages?
I ordered one, gonna see how much i slam slam down the RAM usage. I guess i'll use it as an IRC Bouncer after that.
Installs java and runs minecraft
And configure it to run under 1 GB
@erawanarifnugroho (really, long name much )
Yeah! Almost got YUM to update... :P
Hehehe... Sorry, that's my real name
Maybe, if it allowed, I want to register another account here. But with less character.
You could send Chief a PM and ask him to shorten your name.
Hehe... Have any suggestion for the shorten name?
I got 21MB to grow.
I prefer Debian, its much neater and out of the box uses less memory.
"Era" or "Erawan" or "Mr.Erawan.Arif.Nugroho", "The Nugroho", "ArifNugroho".
Like a bawws.
