It’s already the third day that two of my servers have been disconnected. Does anyone from support respond?

    i am waiting from 28 jul @Chunkserve

  • Nice to see you're including BYOIP/BYOASN and multiple datacenter options. I'm curious, how has the network performance been during peak hours? Has anyone here been using these VPS plans for a few months and can share their experience?

We’ve all gotten on his nerves. He dropped everything and flew off on vacation to the Maldives.

I understand that these are low-cost servers, so I don't expect a quick response or flawless performance.
But why do you ignore support requests so much and why haven't you been able to resolve what seems like a simple problem?

P.S. I’ve received an email about the refund

Friend, yes me too.... See this...

I mean... You've got a look at the freaking sub 10 euro deal per year, and decided it's the best place to send emails from?

Sure, it's not your fault things got there. But hey, are you sure you choose right hosting?

Chunk provides service at the 30% or even less of the other similar hosters. It is not excuse, sure, but you SHOULD take it into account.

Blacklisted IP? Hell yeah, there will be some at that price. Not a reason to spam in every freaking topic.

Sorry, tho. I'm not there to be white crusade. It's just complains seem below reasonable level.

I think you were neither reading the full thread nor examining the screenshots yet!

My issue was never about email delivery or expecting white-glove management for €25. The server had persistent backend disk mount (ro) errors from day one, multi-day ticket queues, and a blacklisted IP assigned upon rebuild before any domain was even pointed to it.

Cheap pricing excuses unmanaged software support, not broken infrastructure. The service is canceled, so there's nothing left to debate. Moving on!
