Hey,
we cannot be blind for abuses and we will adhere to local laws (PL + NL)
I bought a server on June 18, and the problems started right away. The server had no internet access.
I created Ticket #OTL-770213. They replied twice and then ignored me for a week. Then they said they would set up a new server, and again ignored me for a week.
After I submitted a refund request, they said again that they would reconfigure the server, but then its status changed to “terminated.”
A month has passed; they’re ignoring my refund requests, and the server is offline.
I do not recommend anyone use their services!
Hey, replying now, if the status changed to terminated, we ran a refund via the portal. Let me get back to you asap to ensure its solved. Give me 5mins
EDIT: Replied to you, solved.
I understand that these are low-cost servers, so I don't expect a quick response or flawless performance.
But why do you ignore support requests so much and why haven't you been able to resolve what seems like a simple problem?
P.S. I’ve received an email about the refund

Ticket #DEL-833939
Order Number 8818011386
He doesn't ignore it, it just takes a very long time because it's a one-man operation.
Still a problem, of course, but it's not intentional.
@Chunkserve check the ticket #IOU-981298.
The VPS I bought isn't working (it seems not connected to Internet as others) and in the log there is
Array ( [0] => [derr] => Array ( [command] => /sbin/lvdisplay "/dev/node04-SSD-01/vm-8894-dgGv34dczDAeHAnX-WZoDdGGaSDgLrhLg" [output] => Array ( ) [error] => Array ( [0] => File descriptor 3 (socket:[61004708]) leaked on lvdisplay invocation. Parent PID 2377231: sh [1] => File descriptor 4 (socket:[61004712]) leaked on lvdisplay invocation. Parent PID 2377231: sh [2] => File descriptor 11 (socket:[26768]) leaked on lvdisplay invocation. I opened a ticket but I didn't receive any response / feedback / etc. so, as others, i'm probably ask a refund
