Hello everyone,
I want to share my experience with this provider.
I opened a support ticket on May 28 regarding my service, but it has still not been answered. I also created another ticket on June 4, which is still waiting for a proper response. Today, July 6, I opened a new ticket requesting a refund for an automatic renewal charged on June 28.
So far, all my tickets remain without proper support response.
Because of the poor service performance and lack of support, I had to move to another provider. The service was renewed automatically, but I have not used it since then.
I kindly ask the provider to review my tickets, respond properly, and issue a refund for the unused renewal period.
Attached is a screenshot showing my open/unanswered tickets.

I needed to send an additional answer to get finally an answer.
2nd ticket is opened for only 5 days now but the server itself is offline for weeks

I dont recomend this service, the autogestion installer is not working, the support is not efficent, i made a payment wih paypal but, i make a refund.

This has been my worst experience. I bought a server and my payment was debited, but their system says it's pending. Then I opened a ticket and they told me to wait 3 hours for them to check. They activated a server, but the one they activated was faulty. Then I had to wait another 2 hours. Honestly, the worst service. Don't fall for it.
