Is it safe to assume that, this issue became so big that it tainted the name of the provider?

I asked @bdspice to add commentary that the issue was resolved. I was asking, not demanding. And yes he continued to insult our staff in tickets. That's enough derision. The review is what it is. The whole experience is bad when people do not respect each other, and resort to insults, attacking, and mocking = this is toxic. Yes, it generate traffic and SEO, but it's a side effect of the interactions.

How come no one picks apart this? Any comments?

Because you haven’t apologized to the community for snooping and haven’t promised to never do it again. Also your AUP is absurd to use as an excuse to terminate service if anyone says anything negative.

Please change your username to CharityGate as it’s fitting

-Gate is for cover ups that make the cover up worse than the crime, not generic scandals. That doesn't appear to apply here.

Feel free to disagree, but CH trying to drown out criticism by responding to EVERYONE with name calling definitely does more to harm his reputation and worsen the situation than the original controversy, IMO.

Lots of shady hosts out there. Not a lot of hosts spending hours upon hours on end to childishly spar with the very people they're trying to sell to.

You are wrong. Seeing public domain data is not snooping.

What did you looking for when you snooped into his pants?

I don't think we disagree, per se. People aren't saying that CH is denying what he did; they're criticizing him for insisting that he was right for doing so, even after numerous people expressed their disagreement.

I'm only arguing this isn't a "-gate". Everyone and their dog and grandma agrees the snooping was wrong.

Fair enough. Though the "-gate" thing has lost a lot of its context-dependent meaning anyhow. If saying "CharityGate" is a more convenient way to describe what happened than "the CharityHost snooping incident," I'm fine with it.

    Trustpilot is attacking us LOL

  • @CharityHost_org When is the face reveal happening? Most drama hosts end up with one.

  • I just found out that if you search “charityhost trustpilot” this thread is the second result on Duckduckgo

    https://duckduckgo.com/?q=charityhost+trustpilot&t=ffip&ia=web

    The SEO is working!

  • This is interesting, this is @bdspice original review which is flagged.

  • “Illegal or harmful content”

Really stretching the definition of “harmful” now aren’t they? I mean every business will obviously see every 1 star review as harmful…

Well, his bad review is harmful to @CharityHost_org 's "business". And dont believe trustpilot reviews. They are still a company who is in it for the profit. So they are more willing to side with the host rather then reviewer. If you are in doubt, search for " review forum" for more organic reviews. See this google search for example:

    https://www.google.com/search?q=CharityHost+review+forum

  • This is another good review that is shown and thanked by the crybaby.

Omg. I cant believe how desperate a provider can be. He report my trustpilot review. Here you can see which 3 word he report to change. None of them are false or incorrect still he cant take bad review.

Reviews are just currency to @CharityHost_org

Unfortunately for him, they come with even more strings attached.
