There was a right way and a wrong way to end this, and this host (not the OP) took every wrong way possible.
The right way, which I’m sure other providers in the providers-only forum must have advised this host on, is to have immediately apologized for the privacy violation, restored access for 48 hours for free, then terminate all relations with the OP and move on from the matter.
Why do you still keep trying to resurrect the dead horse?
Can you let us know in which all many companies you have worked before? Do they also snoop in users data? Please give us list so we can also avoid them.

Jokes aside, can you imagine this guy communicating with his charity-related customers? I have a real hard time believing any exist just from watching his interactions here -- a forum where he's trying to push sales. What charity or even actual business would deal with this ridiculous juvenile attitude? He shows his ass in every thread.
I can assure you that no public/free charity hosts this person. Some criticized us for telling him the truth, while others didn't.
He chose the name when he started hosting, thinking it would catch on, but little by little, his personality made him seem like a real person. No company can claim to be a charity if someone doesn't like what he did and calls him a troll.
Imagine if he were a father and went to ask the church for his followers and they didn't give him any. He would kick him out. It's illogical.
From what I see, his storage plan was just a hosting plan with enough space, not knowing that FTP plans are different!
CharityHost is so bad they can't even give away products for free without issues. Embarrassing.
CH claims to have experience in this space but their conduct tells a very different story
