😀😀😀 Why did we move to new facilities?

Friends, we have some important news for you.

As you know, Aéza has always been committed to providing our customers with the most stable and fastest internet access possible.

🖥 But, at the beginning of August we faced an unforeseen situation: our previous data center provider, Datacamp, unexpectedly terminated its contract with us.

Despite the fact that we provide services to many users around the world, helping them access free information, our partnership with Datacamp was terminated without explanation and with minimal warning.

The move proved to be a very difficult and time-consuming process. Our team had to work almost around the clock to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operation of the services.

However, we did it! Thanks to the prompt work of our new partner, Aurologic, we were able to quickly increase the required channel capacity.

🖥 The situation is as stabilized as possible. We are continuing channel expansion and fine-tuning in Frankfurt and waiting for equipment in Stockholm to start an additional traffic filtering point, which will be up and running by August 10.

    ———

We are grateful to all our customers for their patience and understanding. Thanks to your support we were able to quickly overcome all the difficulties and continue to provide you with quality services.

    With love,
    Your reliable hosting Aéza 🥰

  • I'm surprised more people didn't know their European locations are just tunnels to Hetzner. Aeza should have listed those locations as "virtual" locations like what some VPN companies do or disclosed the fact those locations are just tunnels.

Since I don't follow their social networks.
So to sum up the situation, they've just changed the provider to route the traffic via tunnels?
But their servers are still with hetzner?

So they are and will remain virtual locations?

    Sweden was virtually in Sweden.

Now Sweden is just with @jh_aurologic in Germany.

They've always tunneled their traffic in Europe, they just moved from DataPacket to Aurologic. But yes, they're still with Hetzner.

Maybe, but the tunnels aren’t in the countries they advertise anymore.

    Sweden = Aurologic in Germany.

  • I have been using aeza's Hong Kong VPS for about half a year. Because they forced the server to shut down, I got the unused value balance. The support staff said that this part of the fee can be refunded to virtual currency. However, a month has passed and I have not received the refund. The customer service support staff keeps saying that they are under great pressure? Didn't they force the server to shut down because of poor sales? The total amount should be small, how can there be pressure?

There is always pressure when it comes to refunds. Be patient, be tolerant. Someday there will be better times.

The executives of AEZA in St. Petersburg have been arrested. The reason is financial fraud.

This shouldn’t surprise anyone. There are authorities that monitor this forum.

Guys like FEDcisco got flipped a long time ago and started quietly cooperating and handing over data as needed to stay out of jail (this is also why he dropped involvement with BuyVM and sold it in a hurry too).
