    Yup - https://www.allabolag.se/5569316788/yelles-ab

Been in business since 2013, profit margin 12%, gross profit margin 85%, numbers look pretty good and stable over time. No immediate red flags that I can see so far. Looks like a diverse product offering, "free" email is definitely not their core business model.

@emgh said: Small inbox size. Not sure otherwise. It's been a long time since I used them for hosting. I'm just a happy domain client

There have to be additional limits in terms of quotas, outgoing emails per day, etc... but otherwise it seems like a decent offering. I wouldn't use "free" email because I would always be wondering what other catch there is, especially for business, but I'd be open to trying their paid services some time.

@rcy026 said: But personally, as good as Inleed seems, I actually value my email and would not use a free service to host it. For testing and playing around, sure. For business, no.

Agreed, for business, definitely not a free service. But paid services, worth considering IMO.

Inleed is looking very legit to me, I'm putting them on my list to try them out in the future. Thanks for the heads up about these guys.

For their free service at least, they leak source IP in headers when using an external email client (ie Thunderbird). Doesn't affect their webmail though. Could have changed since I last used them.

Use a proxy in thunderbird so it only leaks your proxies ip

Is the ssd storage linked to how much emails you can store?
And can you run the email hosting service without having to use the webhosting service? since my domain is pointing to a different ns already.

I think yes & yes, although I have very little experience with it. I’d recommend confirming with them, they’re super fast at responding. If you’re about UTC in terms of timezone, chat will be online during the day as well.

Their VPS packages are meh. I think I recall seeing a YABS with calculatorish CPU. Their basic web hosting is (to me) unbearably slow. I’ve heard Premium is better. Looking at Google Maps, I thiiiink that they basically rebuilt a house to be a DC (but not 100 % sure.) – anyway, I’d say it’s not quite at the Portlane level, especially since I imagine most have to route through Stockholm anyway to go anywhrere

I’ve had one bad encounter with their support, but everyone can have a bad day and so I think that’s totally fine

That’s a bit more about my negative experiences, if that helps🕵️‍♂️

As said, now, and for quite some time, I only use them for domains. Nothing else, for emails, I have my iCloud Plus, MXRoute $3/3yr deal & buyshared (mailchannels) anyway. If I used any more email services I’d drown in them

Domains however, I really do enjoy them. Now that you mention it, I should sign up for their affiliate programme..

  • i use inleed for domains too. works fine so far. was with loopia for ~19 year. but loopia is way to expensive.

Currently, I am using cloudflare Email routing to just forward the emails incoming to my domain into my gmail acc, but it can get cluttery and messy if many emails get mixed up coming from various domains, and it'd be nice to actually have a dedicated email hosting on my domain.

MXRoute so far is the only compelling choice, I am waiting for their $15 triennial deal to get in stock again.
