    Perhaps for the better, for both users and admins, as there is a disconnect between what we claim we want and what we want. "More rules" is a demand that doesn't stop after one cycle; shaping the forum customs upon user demand would be a reckless path to the frustration of everyone.

    That is what email notifications are for.. You receive an email when someone posts in "your" thread so you don't sit on LET all day.
