  • for sure...I had hoped that the new hardware would get rid of these outages, and I guess they have stopped for about 1.5 months. But I'm hoping for more stability long term after the issues with the old hardware.

    It got migrated to new hardware I think in late December (looks like it was December 20)

    Also would like to know the reason.. need to throw a domain/site somewhere and now I’m a bit hesitant. Even with all the great reviews, above normal downtime still kinda sucks despite the luxury of a lifetime/one-time payment…

    Yep. Today the DC had to perform a maintenance window for 1h though, due to the PDU / eletric grid.

    No. MXroute.com belongs to Jar, the .io version was sold to MailChannels. We were their largest resellers.

    Migrations are never seamless when migrating from DA to DA...

    cPanel to cPanel is far faster, reduced downtime and no issues whatsoever.
