Looking for VPS in Turkey, Poland, Saudi Arabia, Latvia, France, Israel

I'm looking for the following specs.

2 vCPUs (Ideally Ryzen or EPYC, but fast Intel is also ok)
4 GB RAM
Port speed 1 Gbps or ideally even more (shared)
Monthly traffic: min 4 TB

Ideally they have an annual payment option for a discount.

    4vps.su is a great candidate, sadly our VISA credit card (Capital On Tap) doesn't get accepted. PayPal Master card also gets rejected. We can't make any payment.

    For VDS-3 we do not have yabs test, We shared a yabs test for VDS-1 on our discussion.

    You may have paid with an American Bank temporary or virtual card. Many payment systems do not accept such cards and block their BINs. And they don't have 3D confirmation on SMS that European banks require.

    Try buying crypto.

    Sanctions. 4vps confirmed it when I received the same error with my VISA and MASTERCARD. Only cryptocurrency will work for those countries.

    It depends on that bank. They may be blocking certain countries. In general, US banks are not treated very well around the world.

    Apparently you are also looking for servers for VPN, or something like that, because this is not the first thread I have seen where you are looking for servers from different regions. And if this is the case, then it’s better for you to look for separate providers for a separate region and receive offers from them, it will be both more stable and cheaper (sometimes for very significant amounts, especially if you take Black Friday offers, Christmas and New Year) than you organize everything through one provider, even if he resells you the same other providers from one place.

    And lastly, when the cryptocurrency market grows and everyone starts using them even more for Node, participating in sales on sites, as well as receiving all kinds of airdrops, there will be cases when their servers will not work completely for several hours. This happened last year in aeza.net (the Russian region that you recently acquired), and this happened here too. These are the points you need to remember. But in general, there are worse providers, and this cannot be called the worst.

    Yes, I'm currently using Oracle for the UAE, as you recommended. Most of the other providers either had no stock or didn't offer sufficient monthly traffic. I made a costly mistake with Oracle, which I have now rectified. The 10 TB transfer limit applies per region, not per server. 😊

    Support is generally weak in Eastern Europe. However, I would have still chosen this provider if I could have made a payment. But now, I need to look for other alternatives.

    Turkey remains a challenge. OneProvider wasn't a great option either. Their servers were not so fast in several locations I tested.
