    Do you really think they are remitting sales tax (US equivalent to VAT) ? lol no. They are illegally charging VAT indiscriminately. It is about the only way you can get in major trouble when it comes to sales/VAT tax is to charge it and not remit it, they would be legally safer to not charge it and not remit it, at least in the US.

    Their VAT is there to skim more off the top- I doubt they have registered in all countries

    It is fast again now, no problem! Maybe someone was YABSing hardcore on a hard disk. Other than that, all was fine the past days.

    It is true. There are only two ready-to-use OS templates as now. We'll be building many more options in the upcoming weeks.
    On the other hand, you can still use one of the many available ISOs or use your own ISO (sending its downloading link us).

    Yeah I had the same query.

    I see that support is using email. Is there a specific reason you are not using WHMCS ticket system?

    Yes, we've found WHMCS ticketing system not helpful and limited for our use case.
    Our ticketing system is based on OSTicket.

    I wanted to ask if it is possible to move my server to a less loaded node. I also think that now everyone will run yabs tests very intensively to get an additional bonus and perhaps this will affect the performance of the VPS. But these indicators that I received are not very good and I think this is obvious. I would like 3x BW as per your last suggestion, but would also like to see more consistent server performance. I tried to carry out the test 2 times with a pause so as not to harm other participants, but I couldn’t get a result from the first one after a long wait, according to the results of the second one, it’s noticeable that there is a heavy load and the node is overloaded both in terms of network and performance. You can also see that it takes a very long time to complete the test - that’s why I think. I justifiably ask for a move, although perhaps tomorrow this node will show itself differently. I wrote the real state of affairs and I hope I won’t run into a negative reaction on the part of you as the provider of these servers.

    Can the BW be triple for invoice #1660?

    Hello,
    your will be the last doubled or tripled order as per this Black Friday thread.
    I appreciate your helpful feedback,
    please DM me

    ok thanks for your generosity with the bonus, I wrote to you in DM

    Comment yabs to triple bandwidth :)

    IPv6 works on my servers. I had to manually fix the config on one of them though.
    Edit: Ah no, I also manually fixed it on the first one. See this answer: https://lowendtalk.com/discussion/comment/3792074/#Comment_3792074

    Very terrible/horrible customer support. Aslo their VM's performance is very poor. No respond at all and they are ignoring me.

    @c1vhosting please kindly take a look at my vm offiline issue and fix it.

    Why is the main site NOT opening or is it too slow?

    IPv6-only server? You could fix it yourself via the noVNC console.

    I needed to install my KVM by hand via novnc, he had no templates

    Their server speed and performance is very poor.

    I did all of that, and still non-reachable.

    Did you reboot or else executed "netplan apply"? Otherwise the changes wont't apply.

  • @reepje123 I rebooted.

    Your netplan file looks like this?

    network:
        ethernets:
            eth0:
                addresses:
                - 208.xx.xx.xx/24
                - 2a05:xxxx:x::xx/48
                dhcp4: false
                nameservers:
                    addresses:
                    - 1.1.1.1
                    - 8.8.8.8
                routes:
                - to: 0.0.0.0/0
                  via: 208.xx.xx.1
                - to: default
                  via: 2a05:xxxx:x::1
        renderer: networkd
        version: 2

    (IP addresses redacted)

  • addresses:

    • 2a05:4140:3::xxx/64
    • routes:
    • 2a05:4140:3::1
      other than that, all same. (I don't have - 208.xx.xx.xx/24)
  • also;
    routes:
    - to: 0.0.0.0/0 - don't have.
    via: 208.xx.xx.1 - don't have.
    - to: default
    via: 2a05:xxxx:x::1

  • @tenpera
    Ah wait, this is the IPv6-only server?
    For me the interface name was incorrect and I had to change eth0 to ens18.
    After changing that SSH probably won't work either since PasswordAuthentication is disabled in the sshd_config. That would also need to be changed to yes.
    I hope this helps. Now I need to go. It's way past 2 AM here..
