But I am aware that there are a large number of customers using your VPS for windows,
If I purchase $48 per year,
will I have problems with downtime, or slow down by another client abusing the CPU?.

You are guaranteed to always have the dedicated cores available to you, so while some of the CPU is shared, there's a portion that is dedicated & guaranteed specifically to you.

The pricing of EPYC fluctuates quite heavily. Some of the parts, such as disks, are parts that we already have inventory of or purchased from previous months. Cost will most likely end up at around $9,000 for a single node.

do you have windows iso or something to help with quick installation of windows any version(8 upwards)

We have templates of the Server editions but you would have to manually request the Windows ISO to be mounted

Manually requesting windows iso is free or paid ?.
