How much would you say fair use is? Could I constantly run at 1gbit if I wanted to?

I think you guys are talking at cross purposes:
This sounds like "24 hour support response" was interpreted as "support is there 24 hours a day". But:
Clearly shows you mean "tickets take a maximum of 24 hours to be resolved".
That's not how I understood Advin's proposed premium SLA, but I'm not sure it matters as I merely meant to offer some constructive criticism as a current customer.
And I certainly didn't read it that all tickets would be resolved in 24 hours, max!

Will try to clear this up a little bit, will draft up the support SLA and such within the next few days. But yes, maximum of 24 hours for any ticket response.
I will draft up a fair use policy for this lineup, but 1 Gbit 24x7 would probably be fine on our 48GB or 64GB plans and above, below that it is a little too much. Most likely I will actually just implement bandwidth caps.
We have templates of the Server editions but you would have to manually request the Windows ISO to be mounted

I noticed that you are bandwidth limiting on all packages, and for a 48G package, the traffic provided doesn't seem to be enough to run 1G 7*24. although I think very few people really need this, the conversion is not enough. If I want to get a 48G then does that mean there is no way to get that?

will I have problems with downtime, or slow down by another client abusing the CPU?.
I would guess slow downs are unavoidable overall. There is always a bad apple unless it's removed or brought under control by OP
