    1) What happens if the monthly bandwidth is fully used in any location? Will the access be blocked until the following month?

    Ho Chi Minh City is 37 ms RTT from Singapore DC2.
    I would not buy since I already have Singapore.

    I would avoid the Dallas VPSes for now until things improve. Speeds are a bit of a joke, and have been so since the middle of December 2022.

    My New Year wish is for the Dallas DC to improve the routes soon.

    All services in Osaka will be migrated to Tokyo at the end of March 2023, the expected downtime is 12-24 hours.
