If the words don’t add up, it’s usually because the truth wasn’t included in the equation.

  • @socialzzz you are being mocked for whining... how could they!

  • Plot twist: he was randomly high up in the first round of provisions before he spammed them.

Got a random message from Hosthatch advising the have refunded black friday and they're unable to deliver singapore location storage vps.. Goodluck everyone

Sorry, but your attitude was simply the only reason - and your sharing of only one of your tickets, and even missing out most of it just proves we made the right decision here.

It's okay opening a ticket as a pre sales question before purchasing i believe is acceptable.

that is not true one was a presale question and one was a post sale. too much for them to handle it would seem.

Actually he got the first round... But termination round, not deploy round

O dear. You are new here. The provisioning is estimated. The wait is from now to eternity.

Tested just now on Netherlands and Sweden storage. Thats pretty normal for busy hours, especially with the sale still going and people get their servers provisioned every day. For $285/2y for 10Tb it's ok to deal with these hiccups, but I wonder if those clients that pay $38/m for 10Tb (normal HostHatch pricing) are on the same node and experiencing same occasional low disk speed or they are placed on other nodes.
