    @Abd o created a ticket on old portal a week ago. . And I was told to sign up on new portal. After that the ticket is put on hold. Any idea how long you guys will take to got through the same?

    Yess I will migrate these existing tickets to new portal by tomorrow

    Umm.
    Sending the portal password in clear text in Email seems horrendously terribly wrong.

    @Abd - Is the ability to send the unencrypted password imply that the new portal is still unable to store salted and hashed passwords?
