The billing panel and shared hosting plans are hosted on separate servers. If our billing panel is offline, you should've still been able to login through cPanel directly. We've now fully resolved the issues with the billing panel, and we shouldn't have any other outages moving forward. If you would like, PM me your email and I can grant you a couple of days worth of credit.

The billing panel went offline today due to an issue that was unrelated to the cause of the previous outages. We've now corrected it in order to prevent it from happening again. Both of the outages happened due to configuration issues that were triggered by very specific actions on our website, not that the host node was offline.
