    Small Update:

    • I'll get to the double bandwidth/unlimited bandwidth/free month offers, the website downtime took up a lot of my time today unfortunately :(
    • Automatic deployment for all servers in Los Angeles and Miami is now back up, automatic deployment for Amsterdam servers (including KVM Beta High Memory VPS's) should be up by tomorrow if everything goes to plan.
    • All tickets will be resolved within the next few days, we've seen a lot of people spamming our ticket system and placing chargebacks on their KVM Beta High Memory VPS as we've been a bit late in deploying them.
    • New York and Dallas will have automatic deployment done within this week (I hope)
    • Sorry about all of the delays, we've been getting a lot of tickets and orders as of recently

    Got the Beta server. Can not download Debian update packages. Think I need to change the MTU? Any easy way to do that?

    got it /sbin/ifconfig eth0 mtu 1462

    I believe you can also add it to /etc/network/interfaces so that it persists across reboots. We're working on a solution to automatically set it - but for now it has to be manual.

    Forgot to address this, the configuration patches I applied yesterday didn't work properly. I ended up migrating our billing panel over to a fresh server/VM which seems to have done the trick. We also took this time to apply some updates and made some changes to the backend to make everything easier to manage/faster. It's the first time our billing site has been offline for this long - and I apologize for that. This should not happen again.
