    Some apology would be in place as that's just moronic thing you did and then blamed host for further verification which is pretty much industry standard when provided informations at the time of the order don't match with the customers IP address.
    You tryed, it didn't work - but how's that host fault? Host didn't do anything wrong here, you did it.

    We don't have stock on Japan NAT since sometime now, and don't expect restock. :(

    By the way, what does "not start" mean?

    • You can't see Status : Online on the client panel
    • You can't access port 22 via SSH, in other words, you don't know how to access to the NAT VPS
    • Your ISP or country is blocking WebHorizon's IP address

    Sounds like you just don't know how to use a NAT vps. Check the calculator in the knowledge base to get your public ip and ssh port

    Edit: nvm sounds like you got it working now.
