  • Been using pulsedMedia for about a year now. Been most stable service compared to other paid seedbox.

    definitely don’t recommend newbies to use it though that need their hands held to properly setup and configure.

    So you are saying that we can't be rude towards them because their service is very cheap? The OP of this had their account deleted and suspended. He got bad customer service that wouldn't help him and terminated his account. They claimed he didn't want to work with them to fix error. That was not the case.

    I haven't seen any tickets from him, not even a single screenshot. So not really sure what happened. Going to just assume as an average entitled user.

    If you want to be right more, maybe take a quick break with the assuming since you don’t seem to get that fully right.

    • The tech who answers you, but for that price, what did you expect?
    • Another time, the tech answers me: I don't have access, I have to wait for the boss to come back on Monday.

    Just a small seedbox, currently down, 48h without answer ...

    In short, this company is amazing ...

    My box is also down for more than 2 days, no ticket reply either.

    Edit: it's also kinda amazing that they don't seem to have any kind of monitoring and alerting internally at all. I have to create ticket to notify them their server had been down for days 😫

    Box has been down for a couple of days - and not for the first time.

    It goes down regularly.
    Last time it was down for a week.

  • I wasnt even able to use their own script which they provide to install the arr suite of apps lol. However i got my refund without any questions asked. Will not be trying them again.
