Every new order I make from 2016 to now gets flagged as fraudulent
Although I have used your service for 6 years without any abuse
VirMachRyzen
Hope my upgrading request would be approved
The captcha going crazy. Vertical river, wtf.
This is not directed at you personally. It is an automated system that probably sees your IP as a VPN. If I may ask where are you from?
i know how you feel.
then just let it go.
i wan change my migration special VPS from LA to Tokyo.
IMO It's easier to solve than reCAPTCHA.
I also send a ticket #351518 .Please to check.Thanks
Can you have power to check my ticket?thanks
Wow, fantastic traffic for Japan, I was planning on buying something tiny in Japan but at that price how can I not? Snagged a 2.5gb in Japan, and another 2.5gb in LA.
If you do, will that include storage servers also? I'd definitely be excited for that.
My ryzen pre-order $38/2year in Amsterdam has extended to 3 years (2025). Ram/year ratio is similar to this offer (Because it is 1gb ram) After 2025, pre order deal will be even more expensive than this offer, so I consider asking for refund and re-ordering.
Looks like Denver is not in the order form?
Come to Phoenix
No can do as I do not work for VirMach. I am just a member who has been a customer of VirMach for many years and follows what he has said in the past. I am just trying to be helpful by relaying that info to other members.

@emperor Since you are showing 83 days uptime, it looks like we are both together on the Alpha Ryzen node in Phoenix.
I believe that this is the lowest price for Ryzen VPS on LET.
Bought 2 in NL, 2 in JP.
I want to ask @VirMach if these can be placed on different nodes in each region. I want to avoid node failures
I'll have more information on storage plans soon, probably by tomorrow.
We get them from datacenters and from IP leasing companies. We picked out good partners here so I don't suspect any significant price increases.
Most of them will have some level of protection, but not advertised. Psychz LA will have a good level of protection, I remember working that into the deal a while ago. By good level I just mean 20Gbps or 40Gbps for all the IPs.
So far with Ryzens we have had zero problems with CPU. We run out of every other resource first, and we haven't had to enforce a single CPU restriction that I can recall. However, specials generally have 33% average (24/7) and 100% burst per core for "officially" 5 minutes and "unofficially" a few hours. Regular plans have 50% average (24/7) and there's no code right now planned on separating specials from regular plans on Ryzen. However, this isn't a guarantee.
I'll stay on top of this ticket. If you made one of the two choices provided then it will be processed today.
We're still working with the datacenter to tune this. Right now we're actually collecting data so if you'd like, drop in a ticket with 500 hops MTR both directions. I invite everyone to do this, just try to title your ticket the same as everyone, let's call it "Seattle MTR Results."
Inap has worked with us in the past to fine-tune Phoenix so I'm sure they'll take a look as long as we have enough data.
Your ticket is made as a guest, I cannot help there.
That went quick. I'm going to go through and cancel out any failed orders and that should free up some additional spots.
Didn't even notice, $8.88 special is actually $8.888 so it rounds up to $8.89 -- I'll get that fixed for renewals since it's advertised as $8.88
Clearing these up now, some spots will open up.
@VirMach How can I order a VPS in Denver? Should I open a ticket after order?
176 units added back to 384 special.
Did I leave that off? Sorry about that, I'll add it in right now.
@VirMach Would be interested in that location, too. How can we order?
Update: Got it 😉
Coool.
As I forgot to apply promo code, would it be possible to pay a bit more and have promo applied and have boxes upgraded? If not, I have to place some more orders right now
We will never provide you with a wise decision or name our company after someone that does.
It will be cancelled based on your description. Just go on the invoice and if there's a button to apply the funds, apply it. If not and you already did that and the funds are gone, make a billing ticket.
This is my fault here, this offer has an exception to that no refunds policy within 7 days per the original post. I just forgot to edit that out or let people know it overrides the special agreement in that instance.
I have now noticed that BF-SPECIAL-2020 and KVM-Special-512 are not subject to "migration" 😂
I would have to order Tokyo one...
I might have read something and misunderstood it, but I can't remember what it was...
We have no plans on using Intel hardware at this time. If we launch more dense servers, it will most likely be Epyc. The savings from doing dual E5 are insignificant and power costs would be too high.
We don't cap the chickens at 20% they're range free for now, but if we do cap it would be 33% or 50% and I do know I may have mentioned something lower in passing in the past but it worked out better than expected.
Thanks, tomorrow means "LA time (UTC-8)"?
imo, vertical river is better than aws

I think that's just all the carriers I looked into from Tokyo. Something like up to 12% loss with low latency seems normal. If anyone has suggestions outside of doing a private and insanely expensive line to China, let me know and we'll speak to those carriers for Tokyo 2 location.
They do have a Tokyo LG, I just don't want to link it because I haven't confirmed if there will be any differences. I do remember David specifically mentioning that he would essentially have data fed to it from their existing space there so it should be the same though.
This means it ran out or froze up from too many provisions. I'm adding more and activating these now, after replying to everyone here.
