I must say you have lot of patience to run yabs, on machine that is crawling. With that CPU/ network, I bet it might take couple of seconds to respond to ssh as well.

Actually i don't really use that machine

Even never trying ssh into it

Just Try logging ssh apt update and yabs ing it this morning and i just left it doing my work

After that i forgot still run putty on it and accidentaly check the result that finished

Then i just paste the result here for joke

  • I remember about a year ago being excited about their HK NAT offerings thinking I'd be able to stream TV from HK and/or China. I did a test download from the looking glass to my home, and then retried it on every VPS I have around the world, thinking it must be a local issue. Every single result led me to conclude there was no point getting it as I'd have zero chance of hitting the bandwidth for streaming anything.

Such a shame, they have the potential to have an amazing service given their location.

I do not see any issues on the host node. 70% of the CPU is idle and when listing them all by their core speeds it says 3600 MHz.

iftop is also nowhere near port limit. Same could be said with iotop. I wonder if the anti abuse script could have caused issues or not. It will throttle CPU heavily if it detects CPU abuse.

ofc you dont see problems. Your scripts auto kill everything that runs, other than vpn and ssh.

Why setup virtualizor to manage when there is nothing to manage ?

So that he can blame Virtualizor if there are any bugs.

Btw I checked the anti abuse script logs and it did not trigger. I did manage to lower load average to 83 by implementing ipset blacklist

Maybe things are better now? The amount of abuse reaching the server was crazy. 40M SSH login attempts per day alone

It will happen at or around 18th of Feb. It's when the last VM expires. It could be a few months after this though. I want to give people time to take backups before the VM is terminated. Even though I'll still keep a backup of everyones VM for a year it will be quite annoying to give people backups.

Ok what about the price and can we renew (or upgrade ?) with the same IP?

    This was a complaint.

Long time ago i asked this one and he said all will be recreated to KVM and would be not possible to renew or keep the ip.
