    @Peppery9 WHATS THE TRICK

most likely some OVH product in the same DC with 500Mbits that he is tunneling through.

Bingo. Not all outbound traffic is rate limited.

Anyone got those Dedis? It's already sold out :(

I have one on EU account that I might not use. I'm thinking about transferring it but not sure if KS allow it now.

    1gbps duplex or 100mbps uplink?

100mbps, CA region. One disk is 19k hours, another is 41k

maybe share, which product/provider exactly you use and how much costs this adds ;-)

I just installed proxmox 7 on KS-LE without much trouble by using QEMU from rescue os. Their rescue environment is really the best I have seen (to compensate for that they don't have IPMI lol)

    https://rinaldojonathan.com/en/cara-buat-virtual-kvm-di-server-ovh-kimsufi-soyoustart/

Now just need to find away of NATing the IP for each internal IP address

After installation, then you can edit the network configuration and boot directly from disk (so Proxmox run on bare metal, not on QEMU) ;)

Therefore, you need to create orders for the required number of servers in advance, so that later you can simply pay and wait for delivery.

In the last promotion Black-Friday, KS-LE bought 75 servers.

  • Only KS still has a free setup code? D:

I was going to buy one until someone commented that the prices were going to probably go up, I'll stick with the previous one in expectation that it might move from 17.99 to 20 and hopefully nothing higher

I don't think ovh will hike their prices soon.

I’ve not seen OVH increase prices except for the Kimsufi 2G. It was a large relative increase but also a ridiculously cheap dedi that held its price for some years

They wouldn’t make a new sale if prices are going to rise so soon

  • Guys, don't get too much hope with 1gbps duplex servers. I had a KS LE from BF offer untill today it was 1gbps duplex but now its 12-20Mbps upload. I think they fixed the glitch :( :s

    Go 3 SYS-LE-2 (2022) , One of them is 1Gbps and rest 250 mbps up .
I think they do intentionally ie. leaving few uncapped so that folks from community like LET make it a discussion and a kind of promotion (though OVH doesn't need one.. ) yet this is how OVH got famous.
