the KS-LE yes, the KS1 is stuck on 100/100 can't be 1000 except OVH fucked that one up too, so you got 1000/1000 which the motherboard supports.
Interesting, didn't know even the board was a lottery win, always assumed this was the standard KS-1 config.
It is indeed rocking a GigE NIC:

ethtool also shows the negotiated link is 100Mbps so no bueno.

Keep in mind that transfers are explicitly forbidden on Kimsufi US (Based on the website you signed up on, not your actual location or the location of the server)
The process is one side opening a ticket accepting transfer of the server ID (The ns domain shown on the dashboard) and the sender giving the account ID and ticket ID from that person, and also confirming again which server to transfer.
You can also ask them how to do a transfer and they will assist. Best of luck. (I don't want the server, just being informative)
