    Without more context (ie, is this new or old service), I'm not sure how he'd respond. But I'm assuming you got an email when the VM was set up with the IP and the IP currently showing in the Panel for you to know. Lastly, whether your VM is in DHCP or static IP.

    tl;dr figure that out yourself.
