    is that reproducible? maybe the bench triggers some restriction on the way, or there are some limitations set per default for large blocksize to avoid people eating all bandwidth.

    try running fio independently if you want to dig deeper into it. sometimes can be also an issue with how the underlying system is set up for caching or not and so on. overall the numbers do not look like you'd have to worry about anything at all.

    hell yes :-) But of course we try to cover the most important geographies and what makes sense from a cost/latency point of view.

    New York and Miami are both in UTC-5, so you wasted one location from this goal.
