    CPU and RAM is too much for my needs for a Medium size forum (250k-300k) page-views daily but the 100mbps Upload speed is struggling :D

    You don't its Kimsufi, no additional IP's.

    He could get a OVH Cloud VPS and tunnel the IP's, expense it is.

    Won't happen today the restocking. Next Friday or monday, but very limited quantities.. it won't last long.

    That one is a complete scam, they try to sneak in VPS into the page titled "Deals on Dedicated Servers", see the "2 vCore" EPYC. And the actual dedis are more expensive and/or less specs than KS-LE.
