    1. I have to pay $30 next year too? Or does it increase?
    2. I chose Ubuntu for my VM. Does it have desktop version, so I can use GUI?
    3. Do you have windows based VPS with RDP access?
    4. Does the double bandwidth reset to original bandwidth or it remains the same for the life of VPS?

    Install “no machine” app on the server and use no machine client app for remote access. You can also use VNC for remote access.

    Most likely it is a minimal template. If you ask support, they may help you to install a desktop.
    They offer windows vps but at a higher price
    The double bandwidth remains forever

    That's a handy script to get up and running quickly, I found it a while back and have been using since, for those rare times when a remote desktop comes in handy :)

    This is gonna sound stupid as hell but I haven't had the pleasure of using Linux before, so I wanted to try it out + I am going to host a couple of websites (probably - if I ever get to making them).
    Also looking to find out if I can monetize this VPS somehow... any ideas will be appreciated...

    I think you would choose a favorite distro or OS, and install it on your PC, while letting your VPS(s) be without GUI.
    About 20 years ago, I was at the same starting point in aspect of Linux as you now, and now I am as you too. I was beginning with Debian 3.0 on my desktop PC. For a long time, it was my favorite OS until Debian 9.0 (but not Ubuntu). Currently, I mainly use FreeBSD and Alpine Linux, occasionally Debian.
