I was away and I had no access to the Internet, or in a chaotic way...

I don't have access to my VPS since May 12, if I understood correctly there are problems with the hard disks ???

I have not been impacted, because I have backups with other providers, I simply changed my DNS...

Since I am on this forum, I know to be careful, and either we pay a lot and have a premium service, or we pay low cost and adapt!

I created a Ticket (860776), because I didn't know what happened.

I don't want to be reimbursed, but I do want new VPS.

I have always been satisfied with @cociu services, and I know what I am paying for.

At 63 days of uptime on my "2core-2gb ram-200gb NVME-10tb" plan, running flawlessly since the day I got it. My 2 idling 150GB HDD plans were involucrated, but I stopped using them once I got the NVMe plan, so I just cancelled 300GB back into the pool for ya'll

HERESY! How dare you having a HostSolutions VPS with over a month uptime?! According to those "in the know" HS uptime is < 2%! I suggest you follow my solution path; I reboot those 7 out of 9 systems that dare to stubbornly ignore the "LETers in the know" rule daily so as to keep their uptime within acceptably low uptime.
