Just place an order for your desired plan, and choose the location from the dropdown menu. If SG appears from the menu, you'll be able to order, or you'll wait when there are slots. Some guys here with existing boxes ordered from other locations and had them migrated to SG. You may ask via ticket/support if you can.
They told me servers can be migrated to SG when available, but it's up to the customer to open a ticket when SG is in-stock. Checking the order form for SG is how to know when there is availability there.
If you don't like his replies on cpu usage - just move on. There are 100's of vps companies, its a commodity, just find another
I noticed that htop shows white barred cpu load. I've not seen this before in other VPSes and could not find any information about it. On high load (bursting) at 100%, it will show 50% green and 50% white bars.
Does anyone know what it means?
