    My Romania-VPS has been unreachable for 1-2 days now. I can see that it's running (through the stats in the Control Panel), but trying to establish a SSH connection ends with "Connection closed by IP port PORT" after a while. Could it be a TCP/network issue? Tried a reboot through the Control Panel, but it didn't fix the problem.

    Should everything be up and running again by now or are there still known issues?

    It's not super urgent and I don't want to create a ticket if you're still working on something, @cociu

    Yes, I tried that as well, but it doesn't work. I get this error message in the browser:

    Secure Connection Failed

An error occurred during a connection to IP-Address:8006.

The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified.

    I'm on Linux, tried Firefox and Chrome, it doesn't work on either of them. The error I pasted above was on Firefox. On Chrome, the error says:

    This page isn’t working
IP_Address didn’t send any data.
ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE

    I also have another VPS at Hostsolutions, in Norway. That one works fine and I can also access it through noVNC on the Control Panel. So the problem doesn't seem to be my browser, it seems to be something on the Romania-VPS or on the network.

    Nope , this was our last offer in such price. Like i have told this was a special one so no i dont have the plan to offer it again. Focusing in quality start from now not in quantity. We work to add some top upstreams this days and focusing in add better cpu in the near future for the storage plans .. so this cost us much more than right now and the price cannot be offered again , at least for the moment until the hdd will go down the price.

    Update: My VPS is responding again, I am able to log in.

    Whatever the problem was, it's fixed now.

    Mine has been up but FTP speeds have drastically decreased. My solution to retrieve the files was to upload them to Mega via mega-cmd and then download them to my PC :/

    I wanted to upgrade to another VPS from them, but I don't know if the speeds will be the same.
    Does anyone know if they have a refund policy? Saw a post from last year saying they gave you a week for money back guarantee.

    I think you can clean up the price packages. Many of them just have names, but they are not available or out of stock .

    Would ie be possible to offer this deal at a higher price point? I'm looking for something in Romania and so far your offer is the bees knees in terms of price point and service.
