There, i fixed it
@TheRedFox
They are, however quota needs to be recalculated on boot as it appears Incero didn't do a soft shutdown.
@Fliphost could you send out a emal what happend? would be interesting.
@AlexanderM
That one I just logged into IPMI for and am figuring out why it did not come up with the rest
I as well.

Will send out email once everything is confirmed up.
I show my storage vpses online in solus but they were inaccessible, had to restart them to get them actually online, may be the case for others too.
All storage servers should be online now, quotas for them finished calculating
Can follow this for any updates: http://sales.fliphost.net/announcements.php?id=30
Thats disappointing. You should pay the invoices a few days before the due date...
@AlexanderM Typically are, I handed payments off as part of the change of ownership however the email of the account was mistakenly not changed so they were not notified payment was needed.
I accept the fault is mine and am working to resolve it fully
All good, good thing that you're honest to admit what really happened, says a lot.
Incero pulled power for small overdue vs soft shutdown or network disconnect? Jesus, another DC on my do-not-use list
One never really thinks of this as you never expect to be overdue but it's good to know what DCs method of suspension is.
I have never seen a DC that does hard shutdowns on an overdue invoice, and ive had my fair share. All the ones ive delt with just disabled the IPs
Then the server is still costing the DC in power.
I've also thought and known Incero to have a good network, whats wacky about it?
If you plan on not paying your bills and not communicating with them about it I would recommend adding all DCs to that list. What a really shitty time to point the finger at Incero, or do you just like bitching?
+1 for honesty, human error is completely acceptable, we all make mistakes.
Best of luck with the recovery and I hope everyone understands.
