    It has zero reallocated sectors so it's not showing any signs of dying for now, although it's 3.5 years old.

    At least they have both cogent and HE.net, not like other cheap providers which are single homed with cogent.

    I've had mine for about a week or so now and it's doing alright. The HDD was abysmal but I paid a little extra and had an SSD installed.

    Ordered the x4 with 2 x 500G and 8G RAM for $40 about 5 days ago

    Received mine today, they hook me up with KVM around 6 hours upon receiving the server.

    i was order that using credit card.. but they cancel my order...

    and they said refund my money.. but they ask again to me.. about transaction id and all invoice and order from my.datashack.net deleted .. so i can't see the invoice detail...

    Do you not have mails with that information? You could also ring the CC card company.

    Just wait for a few days for the bank to make the funds available, it usually takes 3-4 bankdays for a refund to be processed.
