We have APNIC/24 subnets waiting for rent.
We are looking for IP space for use in the UK/USA, ranging from a /24 to a /22. We can commit to a yearly contract but will be looking to pay on a monthly to quarterly basis. We can pay via Wise, PayPal, Debit Card etc no problem.

I've heard from some people that those "sanctions" to RU region are not really an issue for regular people... mostly for oligarchs. I may be wrong tho...

I am renting servers from Russia for many years, monthly renew is around 9K-13K USD which I was paying using paypal. After sanctions I just moved from PayPal to BTC and LTC. Nothing much changed for me. PayPal to Bank, from Bank to Coinbase and then pay to the Russian company. TBH, I am saving like 6% due to PayPal conversion and fees.
Lots of people I know are in Russia, nothing is changed for local Russians. Visa/Master card is working within Russian Federation. All banks, SWIFT is working also. So, no idea what's sanctioned. If we are talking about Gucci and Burberry brands, then those rich Russian oligarchs can take a 3-hour flight to Turkey or UAE or Egypt and buy whatever they want. Sanctions are just a joke. West Just trying to keep the Ukrainians happy. nothing else.
