Let us know about the details how this will be used? Maybe someone will provide then.
In the days where IPv4 is exhausted, it cant be that anyone just comes by and say "Hi /22 plz, thx" and get one.

I got a ASN from @RickBakkr and the experience is great! I am out of the RIPE region and that means submitting additional documents (and I created a vultr VPS for it), but the transaction goes quick and smooth once everything is in place. Not only you got what you need but you also made a great friend!
