The system does a VPN/Proxy check, if you hit that, you get Registration rejected.

Regarding DE, we are aware that currently the node is offline, it looks like its the same issue 30 days ago but no confirmation yet.
DE is back online, it was suspended by Hetzner due to abuse.
A single VM ran port scan's which resulted in the suspension.
We took precautions, to reduce the risk of this happening again.

Sadly Zen/Yes who Sponsors the DE Location Revolut account has been frozen, for a yet unknown reason.
So, Hetzner ended up suspending the machine again.
I have currently no ETA on this, worst case 24 hours+
