Seems the 4 core Germany KVM VPS is now gone. Was eyeing it late last night.
Hope I don’t go bankrupt before Black Friday : p
Damn, I was late
Restock maybe? 😜
I’m waiting for a really sweet Resource Pool @hostdoc maybe RP3 for £5/m 😂
Lol you want the doc to go outta business?
Maybe, just maybe I was a bit extreme with the price but would love a deal on RP wink wink nudge nudge.
so according to this, ipv6 only available in the USA site. how about the package that has ipv4. how many ipv6 included? also /64?
When you say "USA node" you really say you have only one node there?
IPv6 and IPv4 are both available in Dallas, TX, USA. It's the only location right now with IPv6 enabled.
One node right now, it's a beastly node with Intel Xeon GOLD CPU, NVMe and a shit ton of RAM.
Seems like the doc just went crazy. I thought it was being hacked for a second.
Yes, that is correct, all other plans with a IPv4 in USA will also have a /64 IPv6.
Just the one for now hoping to add LA soon but that has been delayed.
I really wanted to introduce a pool plan but cannot see how it will fit with these sales and be sustainable. For BF, definately. But for the flash, it is proving a problem.
I am sorry.
We are looking into adding another node as we are almost full on the current node and are looking at Hetzner for it with their i7-8700 looking tempting, but the issue is, the price will be higher if we push forward with it but it will also mean we can have dual disk (NVMe + HDD) in Germany also.
Australia is also mainly out of stock too now.
Why? What happened?
Give me that 600 cores machine and we will talk.
It does say Never In Stock.
hahaha that's funny, only 20MB of RAM? That would be impossible to use all that prem cores and HDD
But you can set up to 90TB of swap.
Swap sucks.
This is true!
while true
do false
done
Divide by zero also, CPUs love that, as much as we all love swap and swap related abuse
Well if it runs on NVMe, should be okay.
It will suck less, agreed.
NVMe swap is prem swap, almost as fast as RAM lol
that 10 TB (traffic) 6 GB ram 3 cores 50 GB NVMe 50 GB HDD in Dallas though ...
(it's back)was just a pigment of my browser's imagination, dammit.@HostDoc you may want to make sure your billing system is pricing that one correctly (I saw £3.19 on the "config" page of the order form) which is a bit less than the (also very low) advertised price.EDIT2:
That 6 GB sucker's gonna be someone's white whale, always spotted on the horizon.
(It's been giving my Buffalo harem something to fret about.)
I think you might need to clear cache and refresh your page? Looks fine from here and no 6GB RAM plan.
Real deal watchers will be using a service like followthatpage.com and you'll get email notifications like this:

Indeed, thanks @FAT32 - that explains it. (£3.19 gets 500 MB traffic with 1 core 1 GB and 30 GB NVMe after a clean reload.)
That's a relief.
EDIT2:
A backstop to the flash sale madness. Temporary as it may be. Can it get any crazier???
I think the Doc's been getting into the medicine cabinet lol
@HostDoc Just curious, is there by any chance at least one of the founders is actually a doctor?
That specific plan went almost as soon as it arrived.
If your browser has been serving that page all this time, you have missed a lot.
Yes, my imaginary friend who owns 0.01%. He goes by the name of Dr Strange.
