Shocker, the one person having a childish fit is some from China who got what he paid for then complained about it... no one saw that coming.

  • Why mail delivery Mike? Why not pizza? =]

  • @MikePT mailchannels.io is available, why not use it for this new venture of yours?

  • So, could we say that iroute.io is a direct competitor of mxroute.com? (It seems so.)

My apologies for the delay getting back to you guys, I had been working until 4 am, had a long night and woke up an hour ago.

does it have activesync feature ?

    Hey,

No Z-Push, but ActiveSync should be supported. I do know cPanel is working on it, especially after Horde released their v5 which supports ActiveSync.

    Thank you

I have checked your order, definitely matches. Refunded as requested.

AC_Fan said: They were started independently, had a partnership for a little while, then they seperated and .io was sold. Now it's creator has started another business - IRoute.io

    That's correct @AC_Fan! :-)

jvnadr said: If you just trolling, OK.

If you really bought it and now you want a refund because you didn't read the TOS/AUP, then... GFY

jvnadr said: Yes, they write it. They are not obligated to write it in their ad, but in their TOS. If you don't want to read TOS/AUP, it's solely your problem. Don't blame others for that. Id you don't like a product, don't buy it.

He did buy the first plan, which I've refunded as requested. I'm sure he'll be in good hands with @jar. Unfortunately, we need to apply some limits to avoid people sending many thousands of emails on 5€ plans, solely on MailChannels, which we all know, it's not the cheapest.

And who is that guy called @jar? Tell him that:

Performance. Try to run backups and process thousands of requests per second, you'll notice the difference.

None of our servers run HDD other than backup servers. SSD's are getting cheaper nowadays, seen 2TB SSDs in Amazon for around 210 EUR, that's cheap for 2TB.

  • I don't want to explain too much, I sent mail with dnsexit.com for 2 years.
I use duocircle.com to filter spam for each domain name and send mail
All my domain DNS uses NS1
I have more than 20 independent servers in the US, Europe and Japan.

I am not an abuser, I am using good

Unlimited unlimited domain name, then need to go to TOS to find 30 per hour

Is this a problem in itself?

I believe that when you buy a VPS or server, you will not read the TOS of each website.

A few hours ago, I have sent a message to @MikePT without a refund.

Why don't you think seriously about the problem?

    Why not analyze the problem?

Is this the professional ethics of a technical worker?

    Don't swear, thank you

It wouldn't be feasible for us to provide an unlimited service in terms of SMTP limits considering the expenses that such service brings to us. Master, Slaves, MailChannels, Licenses, Employees to pay for and all that. We need to somehow limit the usage. For 5€ a month, the limits you see there were set as per the statistics we seen in the MXroute.io brand, we delivered 14 million of emails per month so we do have a good idea of their usage.
Those that require higher limits can upgrade, of course, it does come at a cost. We do our best to keep the company alive. By the way, this reminds me that WNDP - WebNegócio Lda. will be 3 years old in the end of this month!

I don't often sign up for services in different languages I don't speak or read all the time, but when I do, I make it your problem!

  • Free orejas with the first 100 orders?

I do understand what he meant, but really, wouldn't be feasible for us to offer unlimited SMTP with MailChannels. Damn I'd even be a client for whatever company that does that.

I've added a small extra there:

SMTP Relay is authorized and enabled.

We have no issues with it, as long as the limits are respected.
