@FrankZ answered this perfectly. I'll try to finalize the details a little bit more since we're doing this unplanned sale now.
I will say, we have thought about it a little bit and if we do not end up just doing Ryzen for everything, we've explored doing Epyc. This would essentially fall in line with more similar ratios to dual E5/Intel, so probably older series Epyc, similar benchmark and clockrate, but with DDR4, NVMe. If we go this route, the locations available/offered would also end up being more consolidated. Then, this could maybe be used to continue the "KVM Lite" line of services as well.
For Buffalo, everyone will either be required to pick another location or it'll stay with who shall not be named (very unlikely based on how they've chosen to conduct themselves.) Currently planned to move to "NYC Metro" area.
I have to go through these and double check/clean them up and see if we want to bring them back or not.

Phoenix Ryzen is getting deployed this week, I'm going to schedule a migration for everyone in Phoenix first, then probably put alpha testers on there, then we might have some Ryzen beta deals for Phoenix.
Frankfurt, no can do, too expensive right now. Once we do get that going it will most likely be a premium location with limited sales.
