It's been over 2 weeks and my 2nd server is still down. Unbelievable.

I'm a delimiter refugee and I just want to thank @qps for providing a comparably inexpensive yet arguably superior dedicated host, with even better specs, on which I can rebuild my environment. qps even matched my RAM specs without locking me into an annual contract, respect. They also provide a looking glass so I could do network tests.
Not a shill, just someone who is (so far) extremely satisfied with my qps ordering process and quick communication from the owner.
Hopefully this is valuable to other customers of delimiter who have been looking for an alternative over the past couple weeks.

We also have been out for almost two weeks, and we cannot reach our server (altought the dashboard shows it as "powered on") we cannot reach it, not event the KVM IP.
Can someone with a functional delimiter host up check upon us if the iLO is reachable at: http://199.233.244.181/ ? thanks!

i had backup, yes, but on spare disk inside server
I don't think keeping "backup" on the same server is considered one.

Second server still down. I've lost track of the days at this point.

i wanted to buy 3 new servers and requested replace disks from offline servers, they closed my ticked after someone told that this is possible
he told that it will be faster than replace faulty motherboards, they out of spare motherboards...
so it looks it can take next weeks or months....
i lost all hope, this is terrible, i cant get my data... years of work
why the hell they just don't give access to disks?? this is insane

Yes, they notified me yesterday of new hardware but they wiped my disk
