What did they say in their answer to your ticket?
I could not read their response because I can not access the control panel. I believe that I will only be able to see the answer on Tuesday (03.04.2018).

My server was delivered around one hour ago. I already had one server with them a few months ago, maybe that was why I didn't had to do any verification.
The CPU is an Intel(R) Atom(TM) CPU D525. The network is pretty good, the traceroute to my ip goes through hopus which has good peering.
Just got my servers delivered.
Great news. The key is to be patient.

Not recurring, I fear.
The price has already returned to the standard. But I believe that whoever was able to receive the server will receive recurring value for payment. In the next two days we should have some news, they will have to say something about the inaccessibility of the Client Area for users who sent proof of identity. At worst they will issue a refund.
I have the same problem. They did respond to my ticket, but I can not answer since I do not have access to the panel anymore. I think I will open a PayPal dispute.

The interesting thing is how FIRSTHEBERG support is ignoring some users. You received the answer in five minutes. I would prefer to receive an email with a sincere response, even if it is with the inability to receive the server. Blocking access and ignoring the client is inexplicable.
This was addressed to the technical department, not the billing department.
If I would send it to the billing dep, I am sure would not get a response until tomorrow.

Take a look at Hetzner, its the same, but I think they are still able to respond to basic questions such as if its recurring or not.

its 1EUR cheaper, has 2x 500GB instead of 500GB compared to the KS1.
Firstheberg has no AntiDDOS as it seems but still, 2x 500GB for 4.99€, is neat for storage.
